White egrets

Last nightthe egrets flew filling my dreamwith silent sound: a wedding partybeneath a bridge, I a brideheld by unknown hand. I laughedsix feet above theground, laughed to seethe guests eyes aloftbut strictly earth bound.  Only a handheld me captive married toa stranger lost in kingdomof unknown: last nightwhite egrets came, bringingnew life; purity& hope.
