Paradise medley

 1Sky, high, bright:like new paint monsoon rushesstorm drain, you, were inmy dream, again; whisperingto spirits. The housewas huge floating corridorhidden yards the paysageimmense, mountains sheer& the dogs ran free. Me, I’vetravelled end to endof this big bright worldwhere the sun stretches thehorizon. * 2 Early morningrain, washes cloud cover; hummingbird flitswhile traffic jam builds, on the coast road&  my tan, cools. Blackbirds squabbleover fallen fruit while the dark hawkscoops its morning prey. * 3 It’s 6amin paradise sky streakedgold, & Ireturned from dreammarch the empty beach. Everywhere the dayhangs, potent, waiting. There are angelsat the gates outspread wingsopen, to welcome.
